Ensure that services meet and/or exceed clients’ specifications, national and applicable international
standards, procedures and regulations.
Maintain and continually improve services to conform at to HSE Standards or more stringent or legally required standards.
Employ dedicated, competent and quality-minded and HSE Certified workforce with experience, expertise and well trained to render quality service.
Utilize modern and standardized equipment with technology that guarantees safe, quality, accuracy and
sound engineering construction.
Establish safety and quality requirements for consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
Maintain and monitor quality client interactions with the intent to acquire feedback on service rendered.
The Managing Director shall ensure the implementation of this Policy.
The Policy shall be communicated to all employees, contractors, clients and public.
